What is votca-csg

votca-csg is:

VOTCA is a software package which focuses on the analysis of molecular dynamics data, the development of systematic coarse-graining techniques as well as methods used for simulating microscopic charge transport in disordered semiconductors.

csg is Votca’s coarse-graining engine.

There are three methods to install votca-csg on Ubuntu 20.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install votca-csg Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install votca-csg using apt-get by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y install votca-csg

Install votca-csg Using apt

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

sudo apt update

After updating apt database, We can install votca-csg using apt by running the following command:

sudo apt -y install votca-csg

Install votca-csg Using aptitude
