How To Install libtbb-dev on Ubuntu 20.04

on Ubuntu 20.04.
What is libtbb-dev
libtbb-dev is:
TBB is a library that helps you leverage multi-core processor performance without having to be a threading expert. It represents a higher-level, task-based parallelism that abstracts platform details and threading mechanism for performance and scalability.
(Note: if you are a user of the i386 architecture, i.e., 32-bit Intel or compatible hardware, this package only supports Pentium4-compatible and higher processors.)
This package includes the TBB development files.
There are three methods to install libtbb-dev
on Ubuntu 20.04. We can use apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get

sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libtbb-dev

After updating apt database, We can install libtbb-dev

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install libtbb-dev
using aptitude
by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libtbb-dev
How To Uninstall libtbb-dev on Ubuntu 20.04
To uninstall only the libtbb-dev
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libtbb-dev
Uninstall libtbb-dev And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libtbb-dev
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 20.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libtbb-dev
Remove libtbb-dev Configurations and Data
To remove libtbb-dev
configuration and data from Ubuntu 20.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libtbb-dev
Remove libtbb-dev configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove libtbb-dev
