In this tutorial we learn how to install libphp-jpgraph on Ubuntu 20.04.

What is libphp-jpgraph

libphp-jpgraph is:

JpGraph is an object oriented class library for php. JpGraph makes it easy to draw both “quick and dirty” graphs with a minimum of code and complex professional graphs which requires a very fine grain control. JpGraph is equally well suited for both scientific and business type of graphs. Though claimed as non php works perfectly for all samples with php. There are three methods to install libphp-jpgraph on Ubuntu 20.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

After updating apt database, We can install libphp-jpgraph using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

After updating apt database, We can install libphp-jpgraph using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
