How To Install libmbim-glib-dev on Ubuntu 20.04

What is libmbim-glib-dev
libmbim-glib-dev is:
libmbim is a glib-based library for talking to WWAN modems and devices which speak the Mobile Interface Broadband Model (MBIM) protocol.
