How To Install eog-dev on Ubuntu 18.04

What is eog-dev
eog-dev is:
eog or the Eye of GNOME is a graphics viewer for the GNOME desktop which uses the gdk-pixbuf library.
This package contains header files and development information, which is needed to build plugins for the Eye of GNOME.
There are three methods to install eog-dev on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
