How To Install emboss-explorer on Ubuntu 18.04

EMBOSS explorer is a web-based graphical user interface to the EMBOSS suite of bioinformatics tools. It is written in Perl.
If you use the Apache HTTP server, you will at most have to restart it before using EMBOSS explorer. For other web servers, you will have to do the configuration by yourself.
There are three methods to install emboss-explorer on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install emboss-explorer Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install emboss-explorer using apt-get by running the following command:
