How To Install embassy-domainatrix on Ubuntu 18.04

embassy-domainatrix is:
The DOMAINATRIX programs were developed by Jon Ison and colleagues at MRC HGMP for their protein domain research. They are included as an EMBASSY package as a work in progress.
Applications in the current domainatrix release are cathparse (generates DCF file from raw CATH files), domainnr (removes redundant domains from a DCF file), domainreso (removes low resolution domains from a DCF file), domainseqs (adds sequence records to a DCF file), domainsse (adds secondary structure records to a DCF file), scopparse (generates DCF file from raw SCOP files) and ssematch (searches a DCF file for secondary structure matches).
There are three methods to install embassy-domainatrix on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install embassy-domainatrix Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install embassy-domainatrix using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install embassy-domainatrix
Install embassy-domainatrix Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install embassy-domainatrix using apt by running the following command:

Install embassy-domainatrix Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install embassy-domainatrix using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install embassy-domainatrix
How To Uninstall embassy-domainatrix on Ubuntu 18.04

To uninstall embassy-domainatrix and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove embassy-domainatrix
Remove embassy-domainatrix Configurations and Data
To remove embassy-domainatrix configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge embassy-domainatrix
Remove embassy-domainatrix configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove embassy-domainatrix configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge embassy-domainatrix
