What is elpa-undercover

elpa-undercover is:

This package provides a test coverage tools for Emacs packages.

Important notes about undercover.el:

  • it assumes a certain development cycle of your package;
  • it doesn’t support test coverage for byte-compiled files;
  • it is based on edebug and may have some issues with macros coverage;
  • it doesn’t support Circular Objects.

There are three methods to install elpa-undercover on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install elpa-undercover Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
