After importing into your Emacs configuration, redtick shows a little red tick (✓) in the mode-line. When you click on this tick, redtick starts a pomodoro timer.

The Pomodoro Technique involves working in 25 minute intervals, separated by 5 minute breaks, with a longer break after every four intervals.

There are three methods to install elpa-redtick on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
