How To Install docutils-common on Ubuntu 18.04

What is docutils-common
docutils-common is:
reStructuredText is an easy-to-read, what-you-see-is-what-you-get plaintext markup syntax and parser system. It is useful for in-line program documentation (such as Python docstrings), for quickly creating simple web pages, and for standalone documents.
The purpose of the Docutils project is to create a set of tools for processing reStructuredText documentation into useful formats, such as HTML, LaTeX, ODT or Unix manpages.
This package includes data and configuration files.
There are three methods to install docutils-common on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo aptitude -y install docutils-common
How To Uninstall docutils-common on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the docutils-common package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove docutils-common
Uninstall docutils-common And Its Dependencies
To uninstall docutils-common and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove docutils-common
Remove docutils-common Configurations and Data
To remove docutils-common configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge docutils-common
Remove docutils-common configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove docutils-common configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge docutils-common
