How To Install dh-haskell on Ubuntu 18.04

What is dh-haskell
dh-haskell is:
dh-haskell provides buildsystem module named ‘haskell’. The haskell debhelper buildsystem is designed to make packaging programs written in Haskell very simple.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
