hacktv is:

This is a program to generate a PAL/NTSC video signal from a video file or test pattern. Input is any file type or URL supported by ffmpeg. Output can be to a file or directly to a HackRF.

There are three methods to install hacktv on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install hacktv Using apt-get
