What is didiwiki

DidiWiki is aimed at those who need a quick and lightweight wiki for personal use, such as notes, “to do” lists, etc. It is written in C, and has very low system requirements (binary size of ~25k stripped). This makes it particularly useful for handhelds. DidiWiki does not require installation of a separate webserver, scripting language, or database.

There are three ways to install didiwiki on Kali Linux . We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install didiwiki Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install didiwiki using apt-get by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y install didiwiki

Install didiwiki Using apt

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

sudo apt update

After updating apt database, We can install didiwiki using apt by running the following command:

sudo apt -y install didiwiki

Install didiwiki Using aptitude

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

sudo aptitude update

After updating apt database, We can install didiwiki using aptitude by running the following command:

sudo aptitude -y install didiwiki

How To Uninstall didiwiki on Kali Linux

To uninstall only the didiwiki package we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get remove didiwiki

Uninstall didiwiki And Its Dependencies

To uninstall didiwiki and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:

sudo apt-get -y autoremove didiwiki

Remove didiwiki Configurations and Data

To remove didiwiki configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get -y purge didiwiki

Remove didiwiki configuration, data, and all of its dependencies

We can use the following command to remove didiwiki configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
