Introduction

What is znc
ZNC is an IRC bouncer with many advanced features like detaching, multiple users, per channel playback buffer, SSL, IPv6, transparent DCC bouncing, Perl and C++ module support to name a few.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install znc
on CentOS 7. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install znc.

Update yum database with yum
