What is zipcmp
zipcmp is:
zipcmp compares two zip archives and checks if they contain the same files, comparing their names, uncompressed sizes, and CRCs. File order and compressed size differences are ignored.
There are three methods to install zipcmp on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install zipcmp Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
