How To Install zfs-auto-snapshot on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install zfs-auto-snapshot on Kali Linux.
What is zfs-auto-snapshot
zfs-auto-snapshot is:
Automatically create, rotate, and destroy periodic ZFS snapshots. This is the utility that creates the @zfs-auto-snap_frequent, @zfs-auto-snap_hourly, @zfs-auto-snap_daily, @zfs-auto-snap_weekly, and @zfs-auto-snap_monthly snapshots if it is installed.
This program is a posixly correct bourne shell script. It depends only on the zfs utilities and cron, and can run in the dash shell.
There are three methods to install zfs-auto-snapshot on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install zfs-auto-snapshot Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install zfs-auto-snapshot using apt-get by running the following command:
