How To Install xwax on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install xwax on Kali Linux.
What is xwax
xwax is:
xwax is open-source vinyl emulation software for Linux. It allows DJs and turntablists to playback digital audio files (MP3, Ogg Vorbis, FLAC, AAC and more), controlled using a normal pair of turntables via timecoded vinyls.
It’s designed for both beat mixing and scratch mixing. Needle drops, pitch changes, scratching, spinbacks and rewinds are all supported, and feel just like the audio is pressed onto the vinyl itself.
The focus is on an accurate vinyl feel which is efficient, stable and fast.
There are three methods to install xwax on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install xwax Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install xwax using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install xwaxInstall xwax Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To uninstall only the xwax package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove xwaxUninstall xwax And Its Dependencies
To uninstall xwax and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove xwaxRemove xwax Configurations and Data
To remove xwax configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge xwaxRemove xwax configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove xwax configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
