How To Install xracer on Ubuntu 18.04

What is xracer
xracer is:
Xracer is a Wipeout clone, distributed under the GPL. It should be able to use any OpenGL 1.1 compliant library. A 3D accelerator card is required.
This is the game data and binary.
If you want to build new tracks or other game data, you may also want to install the xracer-tools package.
There are three methods to install xracer on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install xracer Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install xracer using apt-get by running the following command:

How To Uninstall xracer on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the xracer package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove xracer
Uninstall xracer And Its Dependencies
To uninstall xracer and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove xracer
Remove xracer Configurations and Data
To remove xracer configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge xracer
Remove xracer configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
