What is xorg-x11-server-Xephyr
Xephyr is an X server which has been implemented as an ordinary X application. It runs in a window just like other X applications, but it is an X server itself in which you can run other software. Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install xorg-x11-server-Xephyr
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install xorg-x11-server-Xephyr
Install xorg-x11-server-Xephyr on Rocky Linux 8 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install xorg-x11-server-Xephyr
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install xorg-x11-server-Xephyr
How To Uninstall xorg-x11-server-Xephyr on Rocky Linux 8
To uninstall only the xorg-x11-server-Xephyr
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove xorg-x11-server-Xephyr
