What is xmakemol
XMakemol is a mouse-based program, written using the LessTif widget set, for viewing and manipulating atomic and other chemical systems. It reads XYZ input and renders atoms, bonds and hydrogen bonds. Features include - Animating multiple frame files - Interactive measurement of bond lengths, bond angles and torsion angles - Control over atom/bond sizes - Exporting to Xpm, Encapsulated PostScript and XYZ formats - Toggling the visibility of groups of atoms - Editing the positions of subsets of atoms

Install xmakemol on CentOS 7 Using yum
Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache
After updating yum database, We can install xmakemol using yum by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install xmakemol
Install xmakemol on CentOS 7 Using dnf
If you don’t have dnf installed you can install DNF on CentOS 7 first.
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache
After updating yum database, We can install xmakemol using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install xmakemol
How To Uninstall xmakemol on CentOS 7
To uninstall only the xmakemol package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove xmakemol
