XMakemol is a mouse-based program, written using the LessTif widget set, for viewing and manipulating atomic and other chemical systems. It reads XYZ input and renders atoms, bonds and hydrogen bonds. Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

How To Uninstall xmakemol on AlmaLinux 8
To uninstall only the xmakemol package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove xmakemol
