What is xfce4-xkb-plugin

Xfce XKB layout switch plugin for the Xfce panel. It displays the current keyboard layout, and refreshes when layout changes. The layout can be switched by simply clicking on the plugin. For now the keyboard layouts cannot be configured from the plugin itself, they should be set in the XF86Config file or some other way (e.g. setxkbmap).

Update yum database with yum using the following command.

sudo yum makecache

After updating yum database, We can install xfce4-xkb-plugin using yum by running the following command:

If you don’t have dnf installed you can install DNF on CentOS 7 first. Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

sudo dnf makecache

After updating yum database, We can install xfce4-xkb-plugin using dnf by running the following command:

sudo dnf -y install xfce4-xkb-plugin

How To Uninstall xfce4-xkb-plugin on CentOS 7

To uninstall only the xfce4-xkb-plugin package we can use the following command:

sudo dnf remove xfce4-xkb-plugin
