What is wsjtx
WSJT-X is a computer program designed to facilitate basic amateur radio communication using very weak signals. It implements communication protocols or “modes” called JT4, JT9, JT65, QRA64, ISCAT, MSK144, and WSPR, as well as one called Echo for detecting and measuring your own radio signals reflected from the Moon.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install wsjtx
on CentOS 7. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install wsjtx.
Install wsjtx on CentOS 7 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
After updating yum database, We can install wsjtx
using yum
