How To Install wmmoonclock on Ubuntu 18.04

What is wmmoonclock
wmmoonclock is:
wmMoonClock displays a small pixmap of the current phase of the moon. You have to enter your latitude and longitude for it to work correctly. wmMoonClock is designed to work with the Window Maker dock, but will work with other window managers as well.
There are three methods to install wmmoonclock on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
