How To Install wmmoonclock on Kali Linux

Introduction

In this tutorial we learn how to install wmmoonclock on Kali Linux.

What is wmmoonclock

wmmoonclock is:

wmMoonClock displays a small pixmap of the current phase of the moon. You have to enter your latitude and longitude for it to work correctly. wmMoonClock is designed to work with the Window Maker dock, but will work with other window managers as well.

There are three methods to install wmmoonclock on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install wmmoonclock Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install wmmoonclock using apt-get by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y install wmmoonclock

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

sudo apt update

After updating apt database, We can install wmmoonclock using apt by running the following command:
