How To Install wmaker-utils on Ubuntu 20.04

What is wmaker-utils
wmaker-utils is:
Written by Alfredo Kojima almost from scratch, resembles the NeXTStep look very closely, and it is now an official GNU project. Window Maker (originally named WindowMaker) is not overloaded with features, and it is easier to configure than most other window managers. Its final goal is to produce a window manager that doesn’t require editing of configuration files. Window Maker is fast and doesn’t require tons of memory to run.
This package contains wxcopy and wxpaste, two utilities ordinarily shipped with Window Maker but not depending on it or any of its libraries. These utilities allow users to interact with cut buffers on the command line.
There are three methods to install wmaker-utils
on Ubuntu 20.04. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

After updating apt database, We can install wmaker-utils

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install wmaker-utils
using aptitude

sudo aptitude -y install wmaker-utils
How To Uninstall wmaker-utils on Ubuntu 20.04
To uninstall only the wmaker-utils
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove wmaker-utils
Uninstall wmaker-utils And Its Dependencies
To uninstall wmaker-utils
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 20.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove wmaker-utils
Remove wmaker-utils Configurations and Data
To remove wmaker-utils
configuration and data from Ubuntu 20.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge wmaker-utils
Remove wmaker-utils configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove wmaker-utils
configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge wmaker-utils
