How To Install witty-dev on Debian 9

What is witty-dev
witty-dev is:
Wt (pronounced ‘witty’) is a C++ library and application server for developing and deploying web applications. The API is widget-centric and offers complete abstraction of any web-specific application details.
This package installs development files for building software that uses the Wt libraries.
This is a dummy transition package and can be safely removed.
There are three methods to install witty-dev on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install witty-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install witty-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install witty-dev
