How To Install widelands-data on Kali Linux

Widelands is a strategy game aiming for gameplay similar to Settlers II by BlueByte.
In this game, you start out on a small piece of land with nothing more than a few of useful resources. Using those, you can build yourself an empire with many thousands of inhabitants. On your way towards this goal, you will have to build up an economic infrastructure, explore the lands around you and face enemies who are trying to rule the world just like you do.
There are three methods to install widelands-data on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install widelands-data Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install widelands-data using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install widelands-dataInstall widelands-data Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install widelands-data using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install widelands-dataInstall widelands-data Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install widelands-data using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install widelands-dataHow To Uninstall widelands-data on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the widelands-data package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove widelands-dataUninstall widelands-data And Its Dependencies
To uninstall widelands-data and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove widelands-dataRemove widelands-data Configurations and Data
To remove widelands-data configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge widelands-dataRemove widelands-data configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove widelands-data configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
