How To Install vorbis-tools on Debian 11

What is vorbis-tools
vorbis-tools is:
vorbis-tools contains oggenc (an encoder), ogg123 (a playback tool), ogginfo (displays ogg information), oggdec (decodes ogg files), vcut (ogg file splitter), and vorbiscomment (ogg comment editor).
ogg123 can play both Ogg Vorbis and FLAC audio streams.
There are three methods to install vorbis-tools on Debian 11. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install vorbis-tools Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To uninstall only the vorbis-tools package we can use the following command:
