How To Install vmm on Debian 10

In this tutorial we learn how to install vmm on Debian 10.
What is vmm
vmm is:
Virtual Mail Manager is a command-line tool for administrators/postmasters to manage (alias-)domains, accounts, aliases and relocated users. It is designed for Dovecot and Postfix with a PostgreSQL backend.
There are three methods to install vmm on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install vmm Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
