How To Install vlc-plugin-notify on Kali Linux

vlc-plugin-notify is:
VLC is the VideoLAN project’s media player. It plays MPEG, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, DivX, MOV, WMV, QuickTime, WebM, FLAC, MP3, Ogg/Vorbis files, DVDs, VCDs, podcasts, and multimedia streams from various network sources.
This plugin adds support for libnotify track change notification to the VLC media player.
There are three methods to install vlc-plugin-notify on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install vlc-plugin-notify Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
