ViTables is a component of the PyTables family. It is a graphical tool for browsing and editing files in both PyTables and HDF5 formats.

One of the greatest strengths of ViTables is its ability to display very large tables. There are three methods to install vitables on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install vitables Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install vitables using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install vitables
