vim-fugitive is a wrapper for Vim that complements the command line interface to Git. The plugin provides an interactive status window, where you can stage and review your changes before the next commit or run any Git arbitrary command.
There are three methods to install vim-fugitive on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install vim-fugitive Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install vim-fugitive using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
