How To Install user-setup on Debian 12

What is user-setup
user-setup is:
This package creates an initial user, using the same code as is responsible for creating the initial user in the installer. It is only likely to be of any use if your system has no non-system users at all.
There are three methods to install user-setup
on Debian 12. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Update apt database with apt-get

sudo apt-get update

using apt-get
