How To Install unpaper on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install unpaper on Kali Linux.
What is unpaper
unpaper is:
unpaper is a post-processing tool for scanned sheets of paper, especially for book pages that have been scanned from previously created photocopies.
The main purpose is to make scanned book pages better readable on screen after conversion to PDF. Additionally, unpaper might be useful to enhance the quality of scanned pages before performing optical character recognition (OCR).
There are three methods to install unpaper on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install unpaper Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install unpaper using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install unpaperInstall unpaper Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install unpaper using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install unpaperInstall unpaper Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To remove unpaper configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
