How To Install ukui-notebook on Debian 12

UKUI Notebook is a small plug-in for the ukui desktop environment which makes it easy to create notes and pin it on desktop.
There are three methods to install ukui-notebook

Update apt database with apt-get

After updating apt database, We can install ukui-notebook

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude
