UDPTunnel is a small program which can tunnel UDP packets bi-directionally over a TCP connection. Its primary purpose (and original motivation) is to allow multi-media conferences to traverse a firewall which allows only outgoing TCP connections. UDPTunnel also can be used for security tests in networks.

There are three methods to install udptunnel on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install udptunnel Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install udptunnel using apt-get by running the following command:
