How To Install udev on Debian 11

What is udev
udev is:
udev is a daemon which dynamically creates and removes device nodes from /dev/, handles hotplug events and loads drivers at boot time.
There are three methods to install udev
on Debian 11. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install udev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install udev
using apt-get

sudo apt-get -y install udev

After updating apt database, We can install udev

Install udev Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude

How To Uninstall udev on Debian 11
To uninstall only the udev

sudo apt-get -y autoremove udev
Remove udev Configurations and Data
To remove udev
configuration and data from Debian 11 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge udev
