Ttf2ufm is a font converter from the True Type format (and some other formats supported by the FreeType library as well) to the Adobe Type1 format. Ttf2ufm is a modified version of Mark Heath’s TTF 2 PT1 converter. It allows one to create AFM and/or UFM files.
There are three methods to install ttf2ufm
on Debian 11. We can use apt-get

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install ttf2ufm
using aptitude
by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install ttf2ufm
How To Uninstall ttf2ufm on Debian 11
To uninstall only the ttf2ufm
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove ttf2ufm
Uninstall ttf2ufm And Its Dependencies
To uninstall ttf2ufm
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 11, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove ttf2ufm
Remove ttf2ufm Configurations and Data
To remove ttf2ufm
configuration and data from Debian 11 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge ttf2ufm
