How To Install tsdecrypt on Debian 9

What is tsdecrypt
tsdecrypt is:
tsdecrypt reads incoming MPEG transport stream over UDP/RTP and then decrypts it using libdvbcsa and keys obtained from OSCAM or similar cam server. tsdecrypt communicates with CAM server using cs378x (camd35 over tcp) protocol or newcamd protocol.
There are three methods to install tsdecrypt on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
