How To Install transmageddon on Ubuntu 18.04

Transmageddon supports almost any format as its input and can generate a very large host of output files. The goal of the application was to help people to create the files they need to be able to play on their mobile devices and for people not hugely experienced with multimedia to generate a multimedia file without having to resort to command line tools with ungainly syntaxes.
It also provide the support for the GStreamer’s plugins auto-search.
There are three methods to install transmageddon on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install transmageddon Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install transmageddon using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install transmageddon
Install transmageddon Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install transmageddon using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install transmageddon
Install transmageddon Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install transmageddon using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install transmageddon
How To Uninstall transmageddon on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the transmageddon package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove transmageddon
Uninstall transmageddon And Its Dependencies
To uninstall transmageddon and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove transmageddon
Remove transmageddon Configurations and Data
To remove transmageddon configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge transmageddon
Remove transmageddon configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove transmageddon configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
