How To Install torsocks on Ubuntu 18.04

Torsocks allows you to use most SOCKS-friendly applications in a safe way with Tor. It ensures that DNS requests are handled safely and explicitly rejects UDP traffic from the application you’re using.
There are three methods to install torsocks
on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install torsocks Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install torsocks
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install torsocks

Update apt database with apt

After updating apt database, We can install torsocks
using apt

Install torsocks Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude
