TkBLT is a derived version of the BLT Toolkit by George A. Howlett, for Tcl/Tk 8.5/8.6, is TEA compatible, and is fully compatible with the Tk API. TkBLT includes only the Graph and Barchart Tk widgets, and the Tcl Vector command.

There are three methods to install tkblt on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install tkblt Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install tkblt using apt-get by running the following command:
