How To Install tkblt-dev on Kali Linux

What is tkblt-dev
tkblt-dev is:
TkBLT is a derived version of the BLT Toolkit by George A. Howlett, for Tcl/Tk 8.5/8.6, is TEA compatible, and is fully compatible with the Tk API. TkBLT includes only the Graph and Barchart Tk widgets, and the Tcl Vector command.
This package contains the header files and the package stub library.
There are three methods to install tkblt-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install tkblt-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install tkblt-dev using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
