The timidity.el Emacs-Lisp program is a front-end to the TiMidity++ software- only MIDI sequencer and MOD player. You can play MIDI amd MOD files directly from Emacs with this package.
There are three methods to install timidity-el on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install timidity-el Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
