How To Install tilde on Ubuntu 18.04

Tilde is a text editor for the console/terminal, which provides an intuitive interface for people accustomed to GUI environments such as Gnome, KDE and Windows. After updating apt database, We can install tilde using apt by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y autoremove tilde
Remove tilde Configurations and Data
To remove tilde configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge tilde
