How To Install tightvnc-java on Kali Linux

What is tightvnc-java
tightvnc-java is:
VNC stands for Virtual Network Computing. It is, in essence, a remote display system which allows you to view a computing `desktop’ environment not only on the machine where it is running, but from anywhere on the Internet and from a wide variety of machine architectures.
This is the vnc java applet files that the tightvncserver can distribute to the client.
There are three methods to install tightvnc-java on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install tightvnc-java Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install tightvnc-java using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install tightvnc-javaInstall tightvnc-java Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install tightvnc-java using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install tightvnc-javaInstall tightvnc-java Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install tightvnc-java using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install tightvnc-javaHow To Uninstall tightvnc-java on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the tightvnc-java package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove tightvnc-javaUninstall tightvnc-java And Its Dependencies
To uninstall tightvnc-java and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove tightvnc-javaRemove tightvnc-java Configurations and Data
To remove tightvnc-java configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge tightvnc-javaRemove tightvnc-java configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove tightvnc-java configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge tightvnc-javaDependencies
