How To Install ticgit on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install ticgit on Kali Linux.
What is ticgit
ticgit is:
ticgit is an issue tracking system based in the Git revision control system. Tickets are stored in a separate branch called ??ticgit?? within a Git repository that can be made available on a public server along with the project??s source code. The idea is to keep tickets close to a project without touching its source tree.
There are three methods to install ticgit on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install ticgit Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install ticgit using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install ticgitInstall ticgit Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install ticgit using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install ticgitInstall ticgit Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
