A tool to translate UNIX manual pages written with LaTeX into a man-page format understood by the Unix man(1) command. Alternatively HTML or TexInfo code can be produced. Output of parts of the text may be supressed using the conditional text feature.

Install texlive-latex2man on CentOS 8 Using yum
Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-latex2man using yum by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install texlive-latex2man
Install texlive-latex2man on CentOS 8 Using dnf
If you don’t have dnf installed you can install DNF on CentOS 7 first.
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-latex2man using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install texlive-latex2man
How To Uninstall texlive-latex2man on CentOS 8
To uninstall only the texlive-latex2man package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove texlive-latex2man
