How To Install tetgen on Debian 10

What is tetgen
tetgen is:
TetGen generates the Delaunay tetrahedralization, Voronoi diagram, and convex hull for three-dimensional point sets, generates the constrained Delaunay tetrahedralizations and quality tetrahedral meshes for three-dimensional domains with piecewise linear boundary.
There are three methods to install tetgen
on Debian 10. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install tetgen Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get

sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install tetgen
using apt-get
